APRIL 2016 AUS-ROV PERFORM DAM INSPECTION SERVICES FOR MALAYSIAN GOVERNMENT WITH SUBSEA GLOBAL SOLUTION'S GRAY DIVING

AUS-ROV partnered with Gray Diving Services to provide ROV inspection services and expert insight into the condition of Babagon Dam which supplies water to the city of Kota Kinabalu in Malaysian Borneo. After a recent earthquake, dam management exercised due diligence in ensuring the dam be inspected to comply with the dam safety management process. Through examination from ROV captured video and above water visual inspection, dam engineers made assertive conclusion that the dam structure was in good condition with allowable seepage  levels and no signs of leaking through the joints obvesrved below the water line.
